Position Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled individual who is experienced in every aspect of Go High Level (GHL) and also proficient in WordPress web design. This role is primarily focused on helping us grow our white-label GHL business by setting up subaccounts, supporting clients, and creating workflows, automations, websites, funnels, CRM management, forms, online courses, communities, and snapshots.

Additionally, we need someone with WordPress expertise to build and maintain websites, ideally with experience using the Avada theme. The perfect candidate has a strong eye for design, understands SEO, and can seamlessly integrate CRM solutions into web projects.

Responsibilities

Go High Level (GHL) Responsibilities

  • Set up, customize, and manage Go High Level subaccounts for clients.
  • Provide client support, training, and troubleshooting for GHL features.
  • Create and manage workflows, automations, pipelines, and triggers.
  • Design and build funnels, landing pages, and forms.
  • Manage CRM functionalities, ensuring smooth lead management and automation.
  • Develop and maintain online courses, membership communities, and snapshots.
  • Integrate GHL with websites and marketing campaigns for seamless client experiences.
  • Stay updated with new GHL features and improvements to optimize client accounts.

WordPress & Web Design Responsibilities

  • Design and develop WordPress websites, primarily using the Avada theme (preferred).
  • Customize templates to meet client branding and functionality needs.
  • Ensure websites are responsive, fast-loading, and SEO-optimized.
  • Perform basic graphic design tasks using Canva and photo editing tools.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate CRM with WordPress websites.
  • Maintain and update client websites and company web properties, including the white-labeled GHL site.

Requirements

  • Proven expertise in Go High Level (GHL) – You must know how to set up subaccounts, workflows, automations, and CRM features inside and out.
  • Experience with WordPress – You should be comfortable designing and customizing websites.
  • Understanding of SEO best practices – Ability to optimize websites for search engines.
  • Familiarity with Avada Theme (Preferred) – If not, you must be willing to learn quickly.
  • Strong attention to detail – Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills – Ability to support and train clients effectively.
  • Basic graphic design skills – Canva and photo editing proficiency are a plus.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and solve technical problems – Both in GHL and WordPress.

Scope & Work Environment

  • Full-time remote position (40 hours per week).
  • Work with a diverse client base, primarily in real estate and coaching industries.
  • Manage multiple projects across GHL and WordPress platforms.
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, and client support teams.
